Miralvalle: «Look at the valley», we say when we are at the Finca of the same name, settled in Guatemala. If the view is breathtaking, so is the café of Julio Sandoval, the happy owner of the place. Grown sustainably on incredibly fertile land, in the shade of fruit trees, Finca Miralvalle coffee is picked when ripe and fermented for 30 hours before being washed with spring water. The sun finishes to give it the persistence and liveliness that make it one of the most appreciated coffees in the world.
