Slow Coffee
The Chemex® coffee maker embodies simplicity, both in design and in use. It enhances the gentle extraction of coffee to bring out subtle flavours and aromas. A ritual that delights the senses and marks a return to essentials.
- Grind 50 to 60 g of Temporel coffee beans.
- Place the filter on the Chemex® coffee maker, boil 1l of water and wet the filter with some of the boiling water.
- Put the freshly ground coffee in the filter without tamping it down.
- Pour the simmering water over the ground coffee until it is covered and leave for 40 to 45 seconds. Make sure you savour that precious moment of slowly flowing coffee.
- Gradually pour the remaining water in small circles starting from the centre.
- Remove the filter and pour into a cup before enjoying with chouquettes @une_gaufrette_saperlipopette.
