It’s a little corner of coffee-growing paradise, with its humid subtropical climate, ideal temperature and altitude, consistent rainfall, rich soil and perfect topography. The family has been producing an excellent coffee for 4 generations right here!
The Borges family does not just produce coffee that is generous in taste: it is also generous to the planet and its inhabitants. Their fazenda is one of the few in Brazil to have a carbon neutrality certification: the plantations retain more carbon than they emit during cultivation and processing
