Cold Brew Negroni

He is a bartender. She takes care of communication, and everything else. In 2016, Valentin and Charlie created their business together. Today, their project includes a cocktail bar called Botanical by Alfonse, a dining bar called Liquorette, a consultancy service for spirits brands and other restaurants, and a mobile bar for corporate or private events. For Charles Liégeois, Valentin brings us a Negroni with a twist: he has added the fruity and delicate flavours of Cold Brew to Negroni, renowned for its bitterness and powerful aroma.

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 20 ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin 
  • 20 ml Martini Riserva Speciale
  • 20 ml Martini Riserva Bitter
  • 20 ml Cold Brew

Préparation

  • Place the ice cubes in a glass, then the ingredients in any order in a mixing glass. Mix (it’s why we’re using mixing glass), then pour over the ice cubes. Toast!
